Ephs repeat as ECAC Champions; Teitsworth wins individual title

Bristol, RI – Williams junior Elly Teitsworth led the purple charge as she won the 6k ECAC Championship race in a time of 23:33 in leading Williams to its second consecutive ECAC title.  Williams' team score was an impressive 23 as all seven of the Eph runners finished in the top 10 in a field of 297 competitors.

The second Eph to finish was Moira Yoe (4th), followed by senior Robin Kuntz (5th), senior Julie McNamara (6th), sophomore Tina Meade (7th), senior Mary Feeley (8th) and sophomore Sarah Weber 10th. KK Durante also earned on the traveling team, as the alternate.

Next weekend Williams will host the Division III New England Regional Race at its home course at Mt. Greylock High School. The women's race goes off at 12pm on November 15th.
