2009 Volleyball Post-Season Honors

Eight of the 13 players on Christi Kelsey’s first Williams women’s volleyball team received post-season honors. Kelsey guided her first Eph team to a record of 23-9 (8-2/NESCAC), capturing the NESCAC Championship and advancing to the finals of the NCAA New England Regional Tournament.

"It is quite an accomplishment for so many of our athletes to be honored for their work both on the court and in the classroom,” noted head coach Christi Kelsey.

“The 2009 team had 13 tremendous young women who represented Williams College in a remarkable way throughout our season and are great examples of what it means to be true student-athletes. I know that all of these players are both humbled and honored to receive these awards as there are so many players and teams in not only the NESCAC, but the Northeast region as well, who are deserving. I am very proud of each of these players and for our entire team for a wonderful 2009 campaign."
