Ephs Win ECAC Championship; Higgs Sets School Record in 400m
The Williams women edged out MIT to garner a victory at the ECAC Championships Thursday and Friday, hosted by Springfield College. The Ephs earned 73 points to finish on top, ahead of 70 teams, including MIT (66), Moravian (52), and Springfield (48).

Ephs 5th at All-New Englands, First Among Div. III Competition
The Ephs finished 5th of 39 teams and were first among Division III teams at All-New England Regional Championships, hosted by Northeastern University. Boston College won the meet with 102 points, followed by UNH (93), UMass Amherst (60), and UVM (50).

Ephs Earn Decisive Victory Over MIT
The Williams women basked in victory in the sun at Tufts on Saturday, taking back the Division III New England outdoor title from MIT. Picking up unexpected points in several events for a decisive win, the Ephs produced several NCAA qualifiers at the same time.

Williams Women Capture 10th Straight NESCAC Title
The Ephs cruised to victory at the NESCAC Championship, accumulating 188 points and several provisional qualifiers for the NCAA Championship. Second-place Tufts secured 144.5 points, followed by Middlebury with 140.5.

Gossels Earns 10,000m Provisional Qualifier for NCAAs at Penn Relays
Jennifer Gossels '13 ran a strategic 10,000m race at Penn Relays, finishing 15th in a field of 34 with a time of 36:09. Despite the late 10:30 pm start time, Gossels ran strong, holding on at a blistering pace as she ran splits of 18:15 for the first 5k and 17:54 for the second.

Jenn Campbell '05 wins BAA 5K in record time
At Williams Campbell was a 13-time All-American, elected to Phi Beta Kappa, an Academic All-American, won the 2003 NCAA 3,000m steeplechase and was a member of two Eph NCAA Champion cross country teams.

Ephs Win 25th Consecutive Little Three Title
Despite threatening weather at home on Saturday, the Williams women dominated the Little Three Championship, coming away victorious over Amherst and Wesleyan for the 25th consecutive year. The Ephs won with 183 points to Amherst's 122 and Wesleyan's 84.

The Ephs headed back to Boston this weekend to take on MIT and Coast Guard Academy in a tri-meet hosted by MIT. The Williams women did not disappoint, defeating the Engineers 208 to 132 and securing several qualifying marks in the process, as championship season is fast approaching.

The Ephs had a great showing at their first team-scored meet of the year. Wheaton hosted ten teams and Williams came out on top with 163.66 points, followed by Tufts University in 2nd place with 103 points.

The Women's Track and Field team opened the indoor season today with a bang, as the Ephs hosted Union College, Hamilton College, and St. Rose College. Williams athletes secured first place in all 15 events that appeared on the schedule today.
