Ephs finish 31st out of 53 at ECAC Championships
Williams sent a small contingent to the ECAC Championships at
Springfield College and three Ephs scored in the meet. The Ephs
tallied nine points and finished in 31st place.
Moravian College took top honors with a team score of 57.
The Ephs were unsuccessful in qualifying any of the three scorers
at the meet for the upcoming NCAA Championships.
Elly Teitsworth and Lauren Philbrook had the highest finish for
Williams as both finished fifth. Teitsworth ran in the steeplechase
and she crossed the finish line in 11:27.18, while Philbrook
completed the 5,000 in 18:12.74.
Laura Walls took eighth in the 1,500 finishing in 4:42.75.
