Carrie Plitt ECAC Div. III Co-Track Athlete of the Week

Senior sprinter Carrie Plitt (Wenham, MA) has been named the ECAC's Div. III Co-Track Athlete of the Week for her role in helping the Ephs finish second at the recent New England Division III Championships.

Last weekend at the New England Div. III Championships at Smith College Plitt won two events and was runner-up in a third. Plitt tallied an impressive 28 points on the day.

Plitt captured the 400m in an NCAA provisional time of 58.55 and topped the field in the 200m with a time of 25.59. She was second in the 55m finishing in 7.49.

Plitt shares the award with Stephanie Herrick of the College of new Jersey.
