MIDDLEBURY, VT – The Williams College swimming and
diving team (8-1) ended the 2010 regular season this weekend with a
trip to Vermont for the Middlebury College Invitational. The Eph
women participated in several events against host Middlebury and
the University of Vermont as they gear up for NESCAC's in the
coming weeks.
"Overall our team had some good swims," said head coach Steve Kuster. "This weekend was a good last prep for the NESCAC competitions in two weeks for our ladies."
Impressive overall effort from the Ephs led to victory in over fifteen of the weekend's events. Freshman Jennifer Turner finished with very solid swims today, as did teammates Kelsey Roggensack, Caroline Wilson, and sophomore Kathy Morrison.
The Ephs will return to Middlebury February 19th to kick off NESCAC competition. Preliminaries are set to begin at 10AM, with finals later at 6PM.
