Williamstown, MA- In the final home matches of the season, the Williams’ women’s squash team took on #6 Stanford and Little Three rivals Wesleyan and Amherst, going 2-1 on the weekend.
The Ephs fell to the Stanford Cardinals 8-1, with the sole win coming from number one Toby Eyre. Notable performances came from the two other senior captains, Jennifer Coxe and Caroline Henry, who pushed their opponents to four games at the number two and five positions, respectively.
Williams then played the annual Little Three tournament, in which they beat both Wesleyan and Amherst by scores of 9-0. Eyre only dropped four points en route to victory against the Wesleyan number one, while sophomore Courtney Bogle showed her consistency at the number three spot, only dropping eight points against rival Amherst.
