Ephs Cruise to Finals of Kurtz Cup
Princeton, NJ—The Williams’ women’s squash team won two decisive matches this weekend, beating Tufts in the quarters and Bates in the semifinals of the Kurtz Cup. Though disappointed about barely missing the “elite eight” ranking necessary to make the Howe Cup (A division) of Nationals, the team played determinedly, beating both teams 9-0. They will play Cornell tomorrow in the finals of the tournament, and are hoping to avenge a 5-4 loss to The Big Red in January.
