Micheleyne Pinard will enter her seventh season as the head coach of the Williams women’s soccer program in 2008 after guiding the Ephs to a program record 17 wins in a season and an in-season win streak record of 17 that resulted in a perfect regular season, the 2007 NESCAC title and a run in the NCAA Tournament. Pinard's Ephs advanced to the "Sweet 16" in the NCAA Tourney, finishing with a record of 17-1. Pinard was named the 2007 NESCAC Coach of the year and the NSCAA/adidas New England Coach of the Year.
Under Pinard, the Ephs have qualified for the NESCAC Tournament all six years while compiling a regular-season record of 64-22-14 (.710).
In 2004, Pinard’s Ephs won the NESCAC title. Over the last
six years, Williams has posted a 5-3-4 record in the conference
tournament, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament
once (2004) and the "Sweet 16" in 2007.
Pinard is also a assistant coach for the women’s hockey team at Williams. She acted as the interim head coach of women’s hockey for the 2005-2006 season. Prior to coaching at Williams Pinard was an assistant coach for two years at NESCAC foe Middlebury in soccer and ice hockey and at Penn for two years in soccer.
Pinard, a 1998 graduate of Dartmouth College, was named head coach of the Ephs in the spring of 2002, succeeding Lisa Melendy. At Dartmouth Pinard earned a Bachelor of arts degree in psychology. She was a two-sport standout for the Big Green in soccer and ice hockey. Pinard was a key member of the Big Green team that won the 1994 Ivy League title and earned two NCAA tournament berths. In 1998 she won the Mickey Price Award for leadership and commitment on and off the field. While at Dartmouth she also coached the Upper Valley Lightning Soccer Club for four seasons.
In ice hockey Pinard was a four-year letter winner for the Big Green and earned All-Ivy League honors in 1998.
Pinard also earned a Master's degree in psychological services
in the Graduate School of Education at Penn in 2002.

Lacey Largeteau is in her first year at Williams and joins Michelyne Pinard's staff after coaching at The University of the South as an assistant coach of women's soccer for two years and assistant track and field coach for one year.
Largeteau's duties with the University of the South's soccer
team covered every aspect of coaching including the development of
individualized practice regimens for goalies and field players,
recruiting and compiling scouting reports.
While working with the University of the South's track & field
team Largeteau served as the strength and conditioning coach for
sprinters and throwers.
In addition to her duties at the University of the South,
Largeteau spent a year as a volunteer coach at her alma mater
Ithaca College (2003) where she also played from 2001-04. She has
also served on the soccer camp staffs at the University of
Tennessee and Vanderbilt University.
She earned her NSCAA National Diploma in 2007.
Largeteau earned a B.S. in health and physical education (K-12)
from Ithaca College in 2005 and obtained a Master's degree in
exercise and sport science with a concentration in pedagogy from
the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006.
