Kaolin McEvoy NESCAC Player of the Week

HADLEY, MA -- Eph senior midfielder Kaolin McEvoy (Longmeadow, MA) was named the NESCAC Player of the Week for her role in the Ephs' 2-1 win over archrival Amherst that gave Williams a 14-0-0 regular season mark.

McEvoy's play in the center of the field boosted the Ephs to a 24-8 advantage in shots on the day and a 6-3 advantage in corner kicks. With McEvoy's dominance in the midfield Williams was able to bounce back from early 1-0 deficit and lock up a 2-1 win.

The goal by Amherst was just the third this season allowed by Williams.
