Michelyne Pinard was named the 2007 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) New England Coach of the Year after guiding the Ephs to a program record 17 wins in a season and an in-season win streak record of 17 that resulted in a perfect regular season.

Pinard's 2007 Ephs captured the NESCAC title by winning the NESCAC Tournament, received a first round bye in the NCAA and then lost for the first time all season in the NCAA "Sweet 16," finishing with a record of 17-1. Pinard also led the Ephs to the 2004 NESCAC title and previously she was named the 2007 NESCAC Coach of the Year.

Under Pinard, the Ephs have qualified for the NESCAC Tournament all six years while compiling a record of 64-22-14 (.710).
