At last weekend’s NEWA Duals Team Championship at Springfield College the 15 members of the New England Wrestling Association secured donated food items and cash contributions with their “Headlock for Hunger” campaign.
The beneficiary of the “Headlock for Hunger” was The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts in Hatfield.
“The NEWA coaches wanted to do something to give back to
the community and we thought this was a good way to help out a lot
of people in the area who are in need,” noted Eph head coach
Dan DiCenzo.
