Williams junior defender Elizabeth Burns (Dover, DE) has
expanded her reach of honors this season to the national stage.
Burns has been selected to the 2008 womenslacrosse.com All-America
Second Team and the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches
Association (IWLCA) All-america Third Team.
Burns was the defensive leader for Chris Mason's Ephs this past
spring leading the team in groundballs (42), draw controls (34),
and caused turnovers (23).
Burns tallied one goal on the year and registered one assist.
Previously this spring Burns was named to the IWLCA All-Region
First Team and First Team All-NESCAC.
