2009-2010: Played in 23 of 25 games...scored 5 goals with 2 on the power play and 1 short handed...had 7 assists for a total of 12 points...registered 8 penalty minutes.

2008-2009: Played in all 25 games for the Ephs…scored 6 goals, including 1 short handed goal, with 3 assists for a total of 9 points…registered 6 penalty minutes.

Before Williams: Played for and captained the Long Island Waves in 2006-2007...led the Suffolf PAL Silver Shields to 2nd place in the state championships in 2007 as the leading scorer...won a gold and silver medal in the Empire State Games with Team Long Island...2nd leading scorer in the MAHWA in 2007...also played varsity golf in high school...was the Nassau County Individual Champion for 3 straight years...held a high school match play record of 26-1...Won the Long Island Championships with Garden City High School in 2006 and 2008 (2nd in 2007)...Kristen was the junior club champion at the Hempstead Country Club in 2007 (runner up in 2008).

Personal: Kristen is also plays golf for the Ephs...she is considering majoring in Economics or Psychology.
