Co-Coach Fran Vandermeer enters her eighth year at Williams and fourth year with the women's golf team. Vandermeer has accumulated an overall record of 198-52 (.792) in seven years as the Eph head volleyball coach. She is an assistant professor in the physical education department in addition to her coaching duties. She is also a first year advisor and serves on the college’s Committee on Undergraduate Life (CUL). 

An avid golfer, Vandermeer was named co-head coach of the women’s golf team for the spring of 2008. She is the current club champion at Taconic Golf Club, the Ephs' home course, in Williamstown.

In June of 2007 Kris Herman and Fran Vandermeer were named co-coaches for women's golf. Herman will coach the Ephs in the fall and Vandermeer will coach during the spring season.

Herman enters her first season as co-head coach of women's golf in the fall of 2007.  Also the head coach of softball at Williams, Herman has enjoyed many years of success coaching in the NESCAC.  An avid golfer, she will coach the women's golf fall season, while co-head coach Fran Vandermeer coaches the team in the spring.

Josh Hillman is entering his second year as the assistant professional at Taconic Golf Club. He will also be assisting Williams golf for the second year. Hillman routinely conducts 20 lessons per week at Taconic Golf Club and also assists with the teaching of  golf classes in the physical education department at Williams.

Hillman is a 2000 graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he majored in communication studies and minored in general business. A four-year member of the Rams' Division I golf team, Hillman twice earned All-Atlantic 10 Conference honors.

Hillman is a Class "A" Member of the PGA of America and has set 13 course records in his playing career. He is the 2007 NENY PGA Section Champion and also claimed the 2007 Sections Assistants PGA Championship.

Josh and his wife Angie, the head volleyball coach at Southern Vermont College, reside in Williamstown.
