Anne O'Leary named NGCA All-American Scholar for 3rd straight year

Junior Anne O'Leary (Short Hills, NJ) became the first Williams
golfer to be named to the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA)
All-American Scholar Team for a third consecutive year with her
selection this year.
The criteria for selection to the NGCA All-American Scholar Team
are some of the most stringent of all college athletics. The
minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50 and student-athletes must have
competed in at least 66% of the college’s regularly scheduled
competitive rounds during the year.
Two years ago O'Leary and teammate Laura Koplik were the first
Ephs to earn national academic honors in women's golf and the first
to repeat as All-American Scholars (2008).
O’Leary, who also earned Academic All-NESCAC honors this
year, is majoring in physics.
