After graduation, Hemmerly remained at Ohio State, becoming the

"As an oarsman and assistant coach Brad has demonstrated a passion
for rowing since 2002," noted Eph head coach Justin Moore. "He is a
strong communicator and dedicated student of the sport. His
crews have always performed well, and he understands the level or
performance necessary to achieve at the national level in Division
III."
"I am looking forward to seeing what happens when Brad's
enthusiasm and work ethic are coupled with a program that offers
stronger support to coaches and athletes. I think that Williams is
the perfect place for Brad to take another step in his coaching
career."
