Geary & Chaffee collect individual wins at Coastal Carolina's Shamrock Invite
CONWAY, SC -- Mike Geary and Macklin Chaffee collected individual titles at Coastal Carolina University’s Shamrock Invitational on day two as the Ephs had a more successful second day than they posted on day one..
Geary took top honors in the 1500 with a time of 3:57.64 and Mack Brickley was third in the event in 4:00.14.
Chaffee posted a winning time of 4:15.02 in the mile.
Grant Burgess captured 4th place in the 3000 steeplechase in 9:32.35 and Jared Oubre was 9th (9:50.60).
Edgar Kosgey was 5th in the 800 with a time of 1:54.32.
Next up for the Ephs is the University of Richmond Invitational on March 28 & 29.
