Coach Donn enters his second season at the helm of the men’s tennis program.  In the 2007-08 season Donn’s Ephs garnered a 17-4 record, the Little Three Championship and an Elite 8 appearance at the NCAA Championships, defeating 10 nationally ranked teams along the way.

Under his guidance, Donn's athletes have earned many accolades on the court and in the classroom. In his first season, two players received All-American recognition while two singles players and two doubles teams earned All-NESCAC honors. Dan Greenberg ‘08 earned All-American status in both singles and doubles play and was named the NESCAC Player of the Year and the ITA Northeast Region Player of the Year.  Donn’s team also excelled in the classroom with five players being honored as scholar-athletes by the school.  The team also received the ITA All-Academic Award."

Prior to coming to Williams, Donn worked as the marketing director/summer sports camp administrator for eCamps, Inc. of Fairfield, CT, and served as the tennis professional at the Kings Highway Tennis Club in Darien, CT, and at the Enfield [CT] Tennis Club.

In the spring of 2005 Donn coached the Longmeadow [MA] Boys HS team to a 17-1 record and a berth in the state semifinals.

During the summer months 2002-2005, he served as the Tennis Director and Assistant Camp Director of the Nike Tennis Camp at Williams and will be resuming that role moving forward.

Donn played number one singles at the University of Richmond. In his last three seasons, he led the Spiders to two NCAA Division I Tournament appearances and was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 each year. Statistically his most successful season was his junior year when he went 22-9 in singles play and posted a record of 17-4 in doubles.  Donn received the team's Most Valuable Player Award as a junior and senior and also received the Most Improved Award after his sophomore year.

Donn, a sociology major and communications minor, graduated from Richmond in 2004 and was the first male tennis player to earn the Spiders' Student-Athlete of the Year Award.
