As a Junior:  Posted a 1-0 singles record, earning his first varsity win…NESCAC All-Academic Team and ITA Scholar.

High School:  Winner of the Harold H.Warren Prize in Chemistry... member of the 2004 West Virginia All-State tennis team, capturing regional championship and advancing to the state semifinals...four-time all-NCAC selection at University High...2005 NCAC Player of the Year...ranked as high as 22nd in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section
