Williamstown, MA -- The Ephs
played a young, talented Cornell squad on Sunday. #2 Will Morris
and #9 Jack Ervasti earned the two Eph victories of the day.
“Morris play really well today, he deserved the win,”
said Eph head coach Zafi Levy of Morris’ 3-1 win over
Cornell’s Charlie Wagner.
Jack Ervasti also had a gutsy win over Cornell’s David
Hilton. After dropping the first game, Ervasti went on to take each
of the next three games, all in overtime.
Greaves-Tunnell, Yaros, and Gruner all were able to get a game.
Drobetsky lost in three to high-school rival Rishi Jalan.
Overall the Ephs played well, but have room for improvement.
