Ephs top Bowdoin 9-4 for 1st NESCAC title

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Williams jumped out to a 4-1 lead over Bowdoin and cruised to a 9-4 victory over the Polar Bears in the NESCAC finals held at Middlebury College on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the 10-5 Ephs earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The NCAA will announce the remaining teams on Sunday night.

Reuter nets game-winner in OT as Ephs upset Middlebury in NESCAC semis

MIDDLEBURY, VT. -- Sophomore Richard Reuter scored with 1:52 left in overtime Saturday as sixth-seeded Williams College upset top-seeded Middlebury, 11-10, in the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament.
