Brian Morrissey & Michael Gerbush earn USILA ALL-America honors

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) has accorded Eph senior captains Brian Morrissey (Winchester, MA) and Michael Gerbush (Glen Head, NY) All-America honors.

Morrissey was named a Third Team All-American at long stick middie, while Gerbush was recognized with Honorable Mention recognition.

Previously this spring Morrissey and Gerbush both earned First Team All-NESCAC honors.

Morrissey, a four-year starter as a long stick middie earned First Team All-NESCAC honors for the second straight year  netting two goals and assisting on one this season.

Gerbush, a Second Team NESCAC honoree in 2008, logged 838:06 between the pipes this spring in 14 contests. He allowed 119 goals, while recording 169 saves (.582 save percentage) and compiling an 8.52 goals against average.
