Dethier, who compiled a blog while on the trip -- www.eighteeninamerica.blogspot.com – is planning to turn his adventure into a book later this summer.
While discovering America through playing golf at some of the
most famous courses, out of the way courses, hidden gems and
several unique courses Detheir was also intent on improving his
game. He plays to a three handicap.
In the fall Dethier will be among the candidates from the Class of
2014 trying to make the Williams golf team.
