Peter Wells '79 has been the head coach of Eph men's crew since 1982.

Wells has guided the Ephs to 17 Little Three titles and three New England titles and his Ephs have been finalists in the Champion International Collegiate Regatta four times.

Three Eph boats have competed at the Henley Royal Regatta, two Ephs have been named to the U.S. National Team and one has appeared in the Olympics under Wells' tutelage.

Dan Reid is in his second year of coaching at Willliams.
