Williams Men Win First National Championship, Beat Michigan and Trinity
LAKE QUINSIGAMOND, MA – Williams 1V won the ECAC National Invitational Regatta for the first time in the program’s history. The 2V placed third to Michigan and Trinity for the best finish in that events history. The Novice 8+ also claimed bronze behind Trinity and Michigan. The Varsity 4 placed 4th, only 9 seconds behind the winner.

LAKE QUINSIGAMOND, MA – Williams College Rowers Defeated Rivals Trinity and 10 other crews to capture the Callow Trophy. The Williams 2V and Novice Rowers each claimed silver in their events.

The 1V boat triumphed over Marist, Ithaca, Coast Guard and Bates in racing Saturday morning. The 2V narrowly lost to Bates, who claimed the newly formed Berkshire Plate by alumni of ’09.

The Men’s Crews swept Wesleyan this Saturday. Williams beat Wesleyan by 10 seconds in the 1V event, 16 seconds in the 2V event, and almost 30 seconds in the 3V event.

Williams Men Fall to Trinity, WPI
The Williams 1V boat lost to rivals Trinity by 4.6 seconds at this Saturday’s races. The 2V claimed second behind Trinity by 10 seconds, and the Novice men lost by 16 seconds to Trinity. The 3V 4+ claimed third.

Williams Men Win Head of the Charles Regatta for the Second Consecutive Year
Williams Men's First Varsity VIII defeated Trinity, Wesleyan, and 35 other college crews from across the nation. This is the first time in Williams College History to repeat a HOCR victory the following year.
