Ephs Earn NFHCA Team & Individual Academic Honors
GLEN ALLEN, VA Alix Rorke's 2007 Eph field hockey team was recognized recently by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) with a Team Academic Award. In addition, nine Williams players were named to the National Academic Squad.

Williams College junior forward Meighan McGowan was named First Team All-NESCAC for the third year in a row Wednesday, while junior defender Jess Overland picked up that honor for the second consecutive season.

Field Hockey Beats Amherst, 3-1, Advances in NESCAC Tourney
The Williams College field hockey team beat archrivals, Amherst, for the second time this weekend, to advance in the NESCAC playoffs. The 4th seeded Ephs dropped the 5th seeded Jeffs, 3-1, in this afternoons' first round match up.
