DiCosmo chosen as NESCAC and ECAC-New England's Baseball Player of the Week

HADLEY, Mass. -- Williams College senior cocaptain James DiCosmo (Fair Lawn, NJ) was selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference and ECAC-New England Baseball Player of the Week for play ending April 20.

DiCosmo helped the Ephs to a 4-0 week on the diamond, as he batted .688 (11 of 16) from the lead-off spot for Williams, with an on-base percentage of .762. He walked five times, stole four bases and scored nine runs in the four games. DiCosmo also knocked in three runs, had two doubles and a triple.

For the season, DiCosmo is second on the Ephs with a .404 batting average.
