Al Mathews Named NESCAC Player of the Week

Sophomore RF Al Mathews (North Hampton, N.H.) was named the NESCAC Baseball Player of the Week. Mathews had an impressive showing during a 3-0 week for the Ephs, hitting .636 (7-for-11) with an on-base percentage of .714.

Mathews leads the Ephs in hitting with an average of .407. He has 37 hits in 91 at bats, including 5 doubles, 5 triples, a homer and 28 RBIs.
