Michael Frawley graduated from Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, MA in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a concentration in Athletic Training. He then attended Old Dominion University and graduated in 1988 with a Master of Science degree in Education and Athletic Training. 

Upon graduation from Old Dominion University, Mike spent the following year at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York working with a number of Olympic athletes and traveling to Europe with the National Luge Team. 

Mike was the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Union College in Schenectady, NY from 1989 to 1993.  He has served as the Director of Sports Medicine at Williams College since 1993 and currently resides in Williamstown, MA.
