Dick Farley beame the Director of Club Sports in fall of 2004 after a stellar coaching career at Williams that saw him ring up five perfect seasons in 17 years. He is the all-time leader in wins at Williams with 114. He finished his career with a record of 114-19-3 (.849).

Farley was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in the summer of 2006.

Farley previously served the college as an assistant football coach from 1972-86.

Farley was the head coach of the Williams men's and women's track & field teams from 1973-1986 and served as an assistant to both teams in the outdoor season since 1986. Under Farley the Eph men and women were 98-54 (.645) and won 15 Little Three titles.
